Punched a hole in my painting and decided to literally stitch it up. It is by far one of the most painful paintings I’ve ever created.
Red, Black, and Green thread.
Painted with both hands simultaneously… I taught myself to become ambidextrous and this was the first painting I used both hands on. Acrylic paint, duct tape, and used thread. You can see in the full photo there is another ‘scar’ with blue thread at the bottom. The colors in the photo are a tiny bit darker than in person. 24x20inch canvas.
