Sunday-That Space Zebra Show: Battle For The Big Stage!
Usually there’s a show on at 3:30pm pst but since this past Sunday was the 4th of July they took the day off!
Monday-That Space Zebra Show: Battle For The Big Stage!
The show opened with Bobby, Wes, Josh & Jake. Wes was dressed as a French looking guy and said his name was Pierre or something like that. They talk for a while as usual and then got into bathe music! It’s the begging of the month so they’re going through some open submissions for the bracket that they’ll go through in August!! Every time they play an artist during open submissions the chat decides whether or not the artist will move on to the bracket or not. Jake puts up a poll after playing each song for 1 minute & 30 seconds!
Tuesday-That Space Zebra Show: Riff Wars with Wes Borland!
On Tuesday’s they usually do Riff Wars but this past Tuesday was not the case as Wes is preparing to go on tour with his band Limp Bizkit. They were joined by special guest M. Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold! They talked about crypto currency and NFT’s. M. Shadows gave out a couple Wicked Cranium NFT’s throughout the show and one Avenged Sevenfold NFT at the end of the show. During the stream they talked about music and M. Shadows answered some questions about new music. He doesn’t want to give a specific date for anything but did say the new album should be out by summer of 2022! So fans definitely have something to look forward to!
Wednesday-Writers Circle with Heidi Shepherd
Jason Butler is still out for the time being so Heidi Shepherd from Butcher Babies has filled his spot! Last Wednesday she was joined by Craig Mabbitt of Escape The Fate! They started the stream by showing the finished work for the song they created with chat the last time they were on! After that they got into the next song to work on with the chat. They were very interactive with the chat and took lots of suggestions!
Thursday-That Space Zebra Show: Starving Artists!
On Thursday morning Bobby, Josh and Wes were joined by Jose Mangin from SiriusXM. They chat a little bit with Jose about his work as a programming pioneer with SiriusXM before some artists played. First they bring in Kota KC from Phoenix, AZ to play live on starving artists! While artists play the chat can donate money and it goes to the artist! Next they bring in Danielle who is also from Phoenix, AZ!
Friday-The Lab with Caity Babs and Jeris Johnson!
To everyone’s surprise the show started off with Producer Jake on screen! He informed everyone that Caity couldn’t make it that night and that he’d be sitting in for her! Jeris then joins and they talk for a few minutes. Jeris then shows us the finished version of his remix of video game Halo music that he had been working on with chat the week before! He posted it to TikTok and it went viral with over 1mil views! He then tells chat that this time he’s gonna be working on a mix for menu music from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare! They ask for lots of suggestions for sounds from COD to add to the remix! Jake throws up a couple polls to see what chat wanted Jeris to use! Toward the end of the show when Jeris was showing what we have so far of the remix, Jake asked chat for lyric suggestions and started rapping them over the song! It was definitely a fun episode!!!
